FAQ

What equipment do you shoot with?

Currently I am shooting with the Nikon D850 body and like to rotate between my 50mm 1.8 prime, 80mm 1.8 prime and 24-70mm 2.8 lenses. Occasionally I will use my 60mm 2.8 macro!

I also rent a secondary D850 body for all weddings and am looking to add to my lens collection over the next several years.

What would you consider your editing style?

I tend to lean towards contrasted imagery with a slight* warmth in my images. I also think there is nothing more classic than a black and white! This is quite popular in modern photography and can usually allow for vintage and romantic moods; however, I always offer my clients personalized editing and discuss this with you prior to booking.

This year I am looking forward to relaxing my editing to a more cinematic feel and focus in on fine detail.

Is a secondary photographer included in your wedding package?

Another photographer colleague can accompany me as a secondary photographer. This will be an extra charge of 500$ for the day and will include a minimum of 100+ photos.

How many weddings do you book per month?

I like to book a maximum of 2 weddings per month. This allows me to be fully present on your wedding day and set aside enough time for editing and proofing your gallery.

What is your turn-around time for photos?

For portraits/families/engagements I will release your gallery to you within 2 weeks of time.

For weddings I will release all photos to you within 7 weeks following your wedding date.

All of these turn-around times will be highlighted in your contract and signed upon.

Do you release unedited/RAW versions to clients?

The short answer is NO. Much of my art in photography is involved is post-processing and I will not be releasing the RAW versions of photographs to any client. I will work tirelessly to meet the visions of my clients and will re-touch/re-edit in any circumstance that they are unsatisfied with the results. This condition will be signed upon within our final contract.
